Arc is hiring General Assistants to join our team for Candlelight Concerts at beautiful venues across Scotland.


If you're confident in a customer-facing role, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of live events, we want you on our team!


What you'll be doing:

  • Setting up event spaces before guests arrive
  • Checking tickets and welcoming guests
  • Directing guests to their seats
  • Assisting with drinks service where required
  • Supporting with stage and event setup, including some manual handling
  • Helping ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish


What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or similar is desirable
  • Confident interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Comfortable with a varied role that may include manual handling
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
