Arc is hiring experienced and enthusiastic Festival Bar and Catering Assistants to join our team for the iconic Royal Welsh Show 2025 — a vibrant four-day agricultural and cultural event attracting thousands of visitors each year.

Roles Available:

CATERING ASSISTANT

Experience in fast-paced food service or festival catering required
Confident prepping and serving hot food
Comfortable using tills and handling queues
Strong team player with a positive attitude

BAR STAFF

Previous bar/event experience preferred
Confident pouring drinks and handling payments
Can work at speed and stay friendly under pressure
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK

Ideal Candidate:

Has hospitality or festival/event experience
Reliable, energetic, and ready to work hard with a smile
Great communication and customer service skills
Available to work 21–24 July
Comfortable working long shifts in an outdoor setting
