Senior Bar Team – Managers and Supervisors Required- Dreamland, Margate

We are returning to Dreamland for Summer 2026 and are building a strong, experienced bar management team for the season. Starting from 23rd May - end of August.
📍 Margate, Kent
💸 £15 – £20.50 per hour + holiday pay (dependent on role)
📅 Flexible - Festival Dates are mostly Thursday - Sunday
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading and motivating busy bar teams
• Delivering fast, high quality service during peak periods
• Running team briefings and setting clear expectations
• Managing stock, cash handling and bar operations
• Ensuring Challenge 25 and licensing standards are followed
• Working closely with the client and the Arc team on site
What You’ll Need
• Strong experience in high volume or festival bars
• Personal Licence (required for Manager roles)
• Confident leadership and clear communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to camp on site (own equipment required)
• Must be 18+
