Location: Emirates Lounge, London Stansted Airport (STN)

Salary: £16.00PH - £20.00PH Depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time, Shift Work 2x Early's, 2x Lates 2x days off

Arc are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team at the Emirates Lounge at Stansted Airport. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a premium hospitality experience, serving international travellers in a luxury environment.


About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen. You’ll maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, while ensuring consistency, creativity, and efficiency in all aspects of food preparation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes to Emirates' first-class standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain stock control, portioning, and waste management
  • Ensure all health & safety and food hygiene regulations are followed
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes
  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
  • A passion for food, presentation, and premium service
  • Knowledge of international cuisine and modern culinary trends
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Food Preparation/Catering (preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic airport lounge environment
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and able to pass security vetting for airside access (5 years’ worth of referencing)
