Expediting Back of House/Pass Managers

Ensure seamless kitchen operations and timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
Coordinate with chefs and waitstaff to maintain efficiency and excellence.

Floor Managers

Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service.

Bar Managers

Manage bar operations, from inventory to customer service.
Create an inviting atmosphere and craft memorable experiences for our guests.
Have a personal license? Even better!

Location: Manchester and opportunities to work at major events and venues in the UK!

Pay: £13.50 - £20 per hour depending on experience and role level

Job Type: Flexible, Event-Based

What We’re Looking For:

Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
Friendly, reliable, and a team player
Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
Keeping queues moving and spirits high
Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
